Knowing Your Worth

Welcome to your first day!

There is an optional guide (linked to the right) which outlines this short course. You are welcome to download it and/or print it out—it contains the most complete version of this program (plus it’s cute!). Otherwise, most of the information you need is here on this page.

Included in this mini-course there are recorded meditations, daily affirmations, and optional self-work activities.

Best is if you can complete the meditation in the morning, but whenever you have the space and time is perfect.

*As with all spiritual work, if you have any serious mental health conditions it is not advised to do this course without therapeutic supervision or medical support.

Day 1: If you can, find yourself a comfortable place to relax, and settle in while listening.

While this is an “intro course” none of my work is truly at a beginner level. What this means is that I’ll assume a basic degree of willingness on your part to open your consciousness and suspend your disbelief for any unfamiliar spiritual terms and concepts. For your part, I ask that you bring with you that willingness, trust for the process, and also a curiosity to explore.

Are you ready? First listen to “Abundance 7 Days Intro”, followed by the meditation: “Abundance Day 1: Knowing Your Worth” (9 min).

 

Affirmations!

Hold these with you throughout the day. Repeat them aloud as many times as you are willing.
