Anxiety, old emotional material, ingrained reactions, and mental loops aren’t treated as “issues” here, but as systems that can be changed.
Through one-on-one work, we address how you think, react, and decide — so the same situations stop producing the same results.
Sessions are offered in bundles (4, 8, or 12) for those ready to work with change in a sustained way.
The container is calm, precise, and held with care.
Guided Inner Work is a structured one-on-one process focused on changing the patterns that keep you stuck.
We begin with an initial session to clarify what you’re working toward and what is currently in the way. From there, we meet weekly for 75 minutes to work directly with the thoughts, emotional responses, and internal dynamics that shape your life. The work is practical, targeted, and cumulative.
Each package includes simple weekly practices to support integration between sessions.
