8. acceptance & approval

Learn how to step out of your mind and into your deeper foundation of higher knowledge for a more spacious and ease-filled daily existence. Learn how to stop the constant barrage of neurotic thoughts, negative voices, and cognitive blocks. It’s time to clear some space and recognize that these thoughts are not the only you. Learn how to start tapping into your greater powers of knowing.

week 1. the mind

Breath is life. But breath is also a powerful connector to presence and awareness. It is a physical tool that will help you access the blockages which are holding you back. Ever notice when you are stressed your breath becomes short and shallow and fast? Maybe it even stops altogether? On a physiological level the breath is connected to the parasympathetic nervous system and it has been scientifically proven that slowing the breath and bringing in conscious breathing brings calm and relaxation the system. On a spiritual level - the breath has been acknowledged for millenia as a magical connector to the body and the beyond. We will learn ancient and modern breathing practices to start expanding and healing.

week 2. the breath

Emotions week is all about getting in touch with what you've suppressed, repressed and shut down, and learning how to recognize, acknowledge, approve of and open to your feelings and emotions. What's magical about this process is that as you begin to flow with your emotional experience and the sensations that will come in to your body—you not only cease to become overwhelmed by "undesirable" feelings but you also begin to experience these feelings in an excited, joyful way! Overturning your suppressed fear, rage, and disappointment will also bring incredible amounts of ease and light into your life.

week 3. emotions & suppression

Belief is more powerful than you realize. What you have believed in is holding you to a specific experience of reality. What you refuse to believe in is also a form of belief. The rejection of a belief will also energetically create the belief. This is because the universe only recognizes what you are giving your energy to. So if you are rejecting or avoiding something, you are also in a sense creating it. In a certain sense, your entirely reality is a construct— a collection of projections held in place by your beliefs. In other words, you are living in a world of illusions and the incredible power of your manifestation abilities is holding these illusions in place. In essence, your unchecked and uncontrolled powers are running your illusionary reality.

week 4. belief & illusions

Love is the single most powerful force. Love will heal everything. Love week should be every week because it is the most magical spell in my book. Once we harness it, you will want to start working it into all of your healing sessions. Self love, infinite love, divine love, God is Love, Love is all you need. Believe me.

week 5. love

You weren’t born in judgment. Judgment is something that you learned from your environment. It comes from your parents, your friends, your school, your work, your society, and it can feel so powerful that you will take it on and start believing in it without even realizing it. You can take it on in order to be able to relate to the world around you, in order to feel acceptance and approval and love. But whatever your reasons for taking on judgment, I bet you didn’t get all the benefits you hoped you would by taking it on. In fact, the road to acceptance and approval and love is NOT through judgment. This week we will look at all the ways you judged yourself, the people around you, and your surroundings and how these paradigms have been affecting your reality. Then we’ll learn how to start letting them go!

6. judgment

We have a natural resistance to being controlled because we can tell when something is coming from control and not infinite space. There are all sorts of insidious ways in which we are controlling ourselves to be a certain way, or resisting control (which is a weird kind of control as well). The thing is, energy doesn't want to be controlled. It wants to flow. And when you try to control it, you are suppressing it. So in this week we will learn how to notice what you've been controlling, and look at the underlying reasons for this.

When your being is in real flow and you've let go of control, you can start to run your life from willingness and choice rather than control.

7. control/willingness

Essentially much of what we are striving for comes from a desire for acceptance and approval. We usually think we need these things from an outside source -- parent, boss, teacher, partner, friend, etc. But energetically you can shift this by actively approving of and accepting yourself, and each individual thing that you are needing acceptance of, and approval for. Louise Hay has you shift this by simply saying "I approve of this" all day long, to everything. Words are POWERFUL. We will start bringing in the magic of Acceptance, and the next level of Approval this week. What parts of you are you hiding? What parts of you are you ashamed of? What parts of you are you actively trying to change? We're going to go in and shift your relationship to each of these things, and once you're in total acceptance and approval -- if you still want to shift and change those things (you probably won't even notice they're a problem anymore though), you can do it much more easily from the energy of CHOICE and IS rather than from rejection and shame and fear.

Energy is full of paradoxes for the mind. Since energy is infinite, every version of existence you can imagine is an option. Life is death, death is life, love is hate, hate is love, light is dark, dark is light, you are alone in your mind, and you are one with all existence—part of an infinite collective consciousness. Essentially: yes and no. Since everything is an option with energy, I prefer to look at it more as aspects and emphasis. You can take anything on, you can let anything go, you can open and shut yourself to anything—but—I have found that as a human being, the most aligned and pleasurable version of existence we can play in is that of love, ease, and openness. It is a version of existence that believes in magic, manifestation, light, love, joy, play, ease, and space in your human body. A really great component of this is when you live in the aspect of creation that sees and expands in what IS rather than what ISN’T. The IS rather than the NOT. So in the IS week, we will start playing in and expanding in the IS and learn how to create and manifest more and more of what we find joyful.
