How are you feeling after your session?
There are many possible ways you could be feeling after your session. Ideally, you’re feeling healthy, peaceful, and renewed. Now would be the time to feel into the topic that was worked on and see if that topic is feeling different.
If you are not feeling excellent:
This style of energy healing is deep and there is the capacity for other buried content to get stirred up. What was specifically worked on should feel great and clear (and other aspects of your life as well), but, if you’ve lived your life keeping heavy energies at bay, then it’s also possible that something else has shuffled its way forward.

In a lot of cases, the most important thing is to just give yourself space, patience, and rest. Big energies are moving and the end result is always for the greater good.
It’s also possible that you’ve got a lot going on (you're not alone in this), and there’s simply more density to clear before you can begin to feel that peace and influx of renewed energy.
