day 1: Hearing Yourself
Instructions:
Welcome to your first day!
First off, I highly recommend that you download and use the workbook (linked to the right). If you prefer not to, then most of the information you need is here on this page, but the workbook contains the most complete version of this program.
Included in this course there are recorded lectures, meditations, daily affirmations, and journaling prompts.
If you can complete all coursework in the morning, that is the best way, but otherwise, do it whenever you have the space and time.
You will need: A journal or access to a printer to print out this workbook. A pencil or pen. A cozy quiet space. A willingness to receive and learn.
For the meditations in particular it is essential that you have a private and safe space.
*As with all spiritual work, if you have any serious mental illness conditions it is not advised to do this course without therapeutic supervision or medical support.
While this course is about self connection, it involves meeting yourself in a deep space. Be prepared for some diving!

Fill out at any time by hand (before or after audios): Try to spend at least 20 minutes writing anything that comes to mind.
Who would you be without your job/career and life that you’ve built for yourself
Who is there underneath it all?
What does that person look like?
Can you trust who that person is?
Who are you without your armor?
Who are you if you strip it all down to the raw edges?
Do you like what you see?

(1) Lecture

Welcome to your first lesson. If you can, find yourself a comfortable place to relax, and settle in while listening.
While this is an “intro course” none of my work is truly at a beginner level. What this means is that I’ll assume a basic degree of willingness on your part to explore your consciousness and suspend your disbelief for any unfamiliar spiritual terms and concepts. For your part, I ask that you bring with you that willingness, trust for the process, and also a curiosity to explore.

(2) Guided Meditation
(11 min)
For this meditation it is essential that you have a private and safe space. This meditation in particular will take you into a deep part of yourself, and having the support, comfort, and care that you need is recommended.
Have water or herbal tea nearby. Have quiet. Try to reserve an entire hour to listen to the meditation and integrate afterward.
(3) Meditation Results
Answer these in your journal after you complete Day 1 Meditation:
First record all wisdom, messages, and gifts that you received from your journey:
How do I know which way to go? How do I trust myself?
How do I shed fear from my life?
What could i do with my life that would bring me the most joy?
Did you receive any gifts?
Did you receive any messages from your animal?
Affirmations!
Hold these with you throughout the day. Repeat them aloud as many times as you are willing.
