Welcome to lesson 2. Day 2 is all about the meditation, so the lecture is quite short, just to carry you in to the meditation.
If you can, find yourself a comfortable place to relax, and settle in while listening, and go ahead and put on the meditation immediately afterward.

(2) Guided Meditation

For this meditation it is essential that you have a private and safe space. You will be releasing a lot of old energetic content. Be prepared to need to cough or cry or make noises (not everyone will need to, but sometimes the body finds it convenient to release energy gutturally.
Have water or herbal tea nearby. Try to reserve an entire hour to listen to the meditation and integrate afterward.
